Cowboy Skillet Breakfast

This morning I decided to make a cowboy skillet for my family for breakfast. I’d never made one before and it came out great. Quite delicious.

Ingredients

-Vegetable Oil

-1lb frozen hash browns

-5 eggs

-Salt

-Pepper

Prepare

1. Heat up 1/3 cup of vegetable oil on med/high.

2. Place a layer of has brown in the oil. Cook 8 mins till brown.

3. Flip hash browns and make 5 holes.

4. Crack an egg in each hole. Season the eggs with salt and pepper. As well as the hash browns.

5. Cover, turn to low and cook 8-10mins till eggs are cook.

6. Serve.
