Walmart Beauty Box

I received my Fall Walmart Beauty Box.

Even though my box is dented, this is actually a pretty good one. It’s only $5 each Box and you get 4 a year. One per season. Here is what I received.

First it came with this cruel Hydratherapy Wet Skin Moisturizer. I’m not too excited about this because it comes in almost every Walmart Box. So I have quite a few.

Next is the Blistex Deep Renewal lip protectant. It has spf 15 in it. I’m in need or more chapstick so this excites me. I tried it out and it feels amazing on.

Next I receive Bioré Witch Hazel Ultra Deep Cleansing Pore Strips. It came with one nose strip to try.

Next I received Pantene Intense Rescue Shots Ampoule. It’s a hair treatment to use after washing your hair to repair extreme damage and prevent split ends. I’ll give this a try since my hair is damaged from coloring it. However I have very fine hair so not sure if it will make it oily or weigh it down.

Next I received a Purifying Black Charcole Mask. I love getting masks. These are always my favorite. I’ve used this one before and loved it in the past.

And lastly I received a Schick Intuition F.A.B razor. I think Walmart was reading my mind because a new razor was on my grocery list. This one in particular has 5 blades.

So all this for $5. That’s a great deal. I’m super happy with this box and plan on continuing my subscription.

New Look

So I know stylists say you should get your hair trimmed and touched up every 6 to 8 weeks. But I don’t do that. I get mine done maybe 2 to 3 times a year max.

So I decided today to go and get my hair trimmed and highlighted. I brought in a picture of Kim Kardashian to show my stylist how I wanted my haircut. She has a blunt cut LOB.

Now I’m not a fan of Kim Kardashian. I just liked her haircut. And I know I’m no Kim Kardashian. So here is my before picture.

And here is my after.

I decided on the LOB because I am trying to grow my hair out. Of course I’m the type of person that says I’m gonna grow my hair out and then I get sick of the process and I go and chop it all off. But I’m trying really hard not to do that this time.

I also went a lot more blonde since it’s summer time. I think it turned out wonderful.

I really love my stylist Laynette Riley.
